Lahore welcomes Hindu pilgrims
Home - Hindus pilgrims arrived in two groups. The first group of Yatrees would attend the 307th birthday celebrations of Sawami Shadram and would perform religious ceremonies at the Shadanidarbar Hayat Pitafi, tehsil Mirpur Mathelo.
The other group of Yatrees would leave for Gurdawara Dera Sahib to attend the religious ceremonies of Shri Katas Raj Temple located in district Chakwal.
On the occasion, Jatha Party leader Shiv Partab Bajaj, while talking to media, said that Hindus have a number of religious places in Pakistan and his connection with the is very sacred. He thanked the Pakistani governments for the arrangements made for the Hindu pilgrims and said that his mission was to promote peace, love and brotherhood between Pakistan and India.
