Is Lahore Airport Ready For Landing In Dense Fog?

Two international flights on Wednesday have been deviated to other stations after up-to-date landing system at the Allama Iqbal International Airport failed to assist in dense fog.

A Qatar Airlines flight, 628 from Doha was directed to Karachi while a private airlines jet, 413 was instructed to land in Islamabad.

Both the flights were Lahore-bound however, the international airport, despite being equipped with modern landing technology could not help amid fog that has engulfed several parts of the province today.
